Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2, 1981) is an South African actress, model and a TV personality. Brandt started her career as an actor in New Zealand's Diplomatic Immunity sitcom and made her American debut on the stage with the character as Naevia in the historical show Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress's TV credits include Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians, and several other. Brandt plays the role Mazikeen in the show based on urban fantasy Lucifer with Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt was raised in the city of Cape Town in South African. Her move to Auckland with her family when she reached her twenties. Her career began as model for print ads and commercial ads. Before she rose to the spotlight as a model, she worked in retail sales and also served as an expert in recruitment for information technology. In the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity in which she played Leilani F'auigaese in 2009, her first major role was taken on. In the year 2021, her first major role came in the role of Naevia the slave girl on the Starz series Spartacus Blood and Sand. Her role as Naevia was reprised on the Spartacus prequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. She co-starred with actor Craig Parker in three different TV shows: Diplomatic Immunity (2009) Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she began playing the role of a bounty hunter named Mazikeen in the Netflix successful show Lucifer. This is her biggest role to date. The show features Tom Ellis Lauren Gerber Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside and D. B. Woodside.
